The Titanic ship, the Enron Corporation, and the 2008 Global Financial Crisis all bear some semblance and it isn’t the fact that each crashed at a time or the other. Each had a prevailing mindset that helped its crash. "God himself could not sink this ship!" How many need a new boss? How many need a new boss right away? You are fine with the organisation were you work…you only wish for a boss change. It would surprise you to know that if this question were asked within your department, even your boss would raise his hands!
